SHIPPING POLICY
Zamina is a Canadian online boutique, all orders ship from Toronto, Ontario.
We ships within Canada and to the United States. Free Shipping on Canadian Orders $75 before taxes some exclusions may apply for remote areas.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, you will received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier.
Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. We cannot update your shipping address. Any returned packages due to undeliverable address will be subject to returned shipping fees and 15% restocking fees.
The customer is responsible for customs and taxes.
CANCELLATION
Order cancellation is time-sensitive and is not always possible once an order has been placed.
Please double check all order details thoroughly prior to placing your order as we are unable to change your shipping address or edit details of your order after it has been placed. If you make a mistake on your order please contact us right away.
RETURN POLICY
Our goal at shopzamina.com is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience. We're here to resolve any issue you may have.
We gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise with all tags attached up to 7 days of delivery date. Returned items must be scent free, stain free, unworn, and unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached. Used products, clearance items, jewelry and accessories are non-returnable. Please contact us to initiate a return. When approved, a RMA number will be provided to you.
All shipping fees are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. Items returned outside our return guidelines will not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept any returns from products in the following categories:
- Clearance items
- Jewelry
- Accessories
- Items marked as final sales
EXCHANGES
While we do not do direct exchanges, If you wish to exchange an item for another size, you may return your unwanted item back to us within 7 days of the delivery. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit. You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit. You are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. We cannot update your shipping address. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees. We are not responsible for stolen packages once the package is scanned as delivered. We can help you file a claim with the carrier.
If the address that you entered when you placed your order is correct then we recommend speaking to the carrier to see exactly where the package was placed when it was delivered. We also suggest speaking to your neighbors or anyone in your household to see if they possibly held the package for you. Occasionally a tracking number may get updated prematurely and shows a package as delivered earlier than the actual delivery. Please allow 48 hours to see if the package shows up.
DAMAGES
We carefully inspect all items prior to shipping. In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive a damaged item, you must send us an email within 3 days of receipt of the item so that we can resolve the issue immediately. Merchandise that has been used or washed cannot be approved for damages.
All policies are subject to change and we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order.
